We are beyond excited to announce a new novel by Alex Gino: Rick.
The middle-grade book is a companion to its predecessor, George. The new book doesn't arrive until April 2020, but you can preorder it here or at your local bookstore!
In Rick, the characters from George have grown up a little. This time, they're all starting middle school, and protagonist Rick is still friends with jerky Jeff (George's main bully in the first book). Rick navigates his own gender - and learns about others - at the school's Rainbow Spectrum club.
Our prediction? Fans of George will likely fall in love with Rick, as well. We can't wait to read it!
